Konceptet sigter mod store virksomheder, der udfordres af at skulle kommunikere levende til medarbejdergrupper med stor spredning så vel fagligt, geografisk og kulturelt. Konceptet implementeres globalt hos Novo Nordisk i maj 2010 med foreløbig 8 afsnit.

ENGLISH A new innovative concept for internal communication and organizational development. Using the tv sitcom format, to adress essential business issues through webisodes shown at the intranet, combined with process tools for facilitating meetings focusing on the different issues. A mixture of fiction and reality, based on interviews and research, designed to create emotional engagement around real-life dilemmas that affect employees everywhere in a big organization. The concept creates a new, innovative way of communicating to large groups of employees who vary both professionally, geographically and culturally.
In may 2010 the concept is launched in cooperation with NOVO NORDISK, who is implementing the concept on a global basis.
